摘要 介绍一种高精度数控电阻箱的设计方法.阐述了通过采样激励电压,精确控制工作电流,模拟电阻负载的原理.详细分析了通过混合信号片上系统C8051F410、高精度AD转换器AD7715和精密运算放大器OP27A实现数控电阻箱的硬件电路,并给出了提高输出精度的软件处理方法.设计的数控电阻箱与传统的电阻箱相比,具有操作直观、精度高、体积小、可靠性高等优点,适用于作为直流负载的应用场合. This paper introduced a design of high precision numerical control resistance box. Analog resistance box was realized by excitation voltage sampling and precision current control. Not only was hardware circuit of resistance box which consisted of mixed-signal system-on-a-chip MCUs C8051F410,16-bit AD converter AD7715 and high precision amplifier OP27 A discussed in detail,but also data processing of precise output improvement was presented. Compared with the traditional DC resistance box,it has the advantages of intuitive operation,higher precision,smaller volume,higher reliability. Therefore,this new design is very suitable for DC resistance load application.
