摘要
采用SIMULINK软件、Quarc软件和Quaser公司生产的Q4数据采集卡,建立了双容水箱硬件在回路仿真系统.该系统主要由两台数字仿真服务器构成,一台服务器运行双容水箱SIMULINK仿真模型,借助于Quarc软件实时计算出上下水箱的液位变化,另一台服务器运行由SIMULINK搭建的控制器,两台服务器之间通过Q4数据采集卡进行通讯,从而实现闭环控制.实验结果表明:该硬件在回路仿真系统运行具有良好的实时性,仿真过程形象、直观.
Hardware-in-loop simulation system for two-tank liquid level system was established with SIMULINK software,Quarc software and Q4 data acquisition cards produced by Quaser co. Ltd.,The designed system consisted of two digital simulation servers,one server simulated two tank system with SIMULINK and computed the liquid levels of upper and lower tanks real-timely with Quarc software,the other server simulated controllers,which was also established by SIMULINK. The two servers communicated using Q4 data acquisition cards,then the closed-loop control was realized. The experiment results show that the running of the hardwarein-loop simulation system have good real-time performance and the simulation process is more intuitive.
