摘要
采用传统的冷压陶瓷技术制备了(Ba1-xNdx)(Ti0.97Mn0.03)O3(x=0.01,0.02,0.04,0.06)陶瓷.利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)确定晶体结构,研究Nd/Mn掺杂对Ba Ti O3陶瓷结构的影响.结果表明:随Nd掺杂量的增加,(Ba1-xNdx)(Ti0.97Mn0.03)O3陶瓷发生四方-六方混合相→四方相→立方相的结构相变.可见,Nd3+能够有效抑制六方相的形成,对单相钙钛矿结构的稳定存在起重要作用.
(Ba1-xNdx)( Ti0.97Mn0.03)O3 ceramics were prepared for x = 0.01,0.02,0.04 and 0.06 using a conventional cold-pressing ceramic technique. The Influence of Nd / Mn co-doping on the structure of BaTiO3 ceramics and the crystal structure of the samples were investigated using X-ray diffraction( XRD) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results show that tetragonal-hexagonal → tetragonal → cubic phase transformation taking place as increasing of Nd-doping content. Nd3+ ions could suppress the formation of hexagonal phase effectively and stabilize a single phase.
