赣南六月雪质量标准研究

The study of quality standard of Gannan Serissa serissoides( DC. )

目的:以车叶草苷酸为指标,研究并完善六月雪药材的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)为定性鉴别方法;高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其中车叶草苷酸含量。结果:不同产地10批六月雪药材车叶草苷酸薄层鉴别斑点清晰,分离度好,结果一致;含量测定车叶草苷酸平均含量为0.55%,车叶草苷酸的平均回收率分别为102.6%,RSD分别为1.02%(n=6)。结论:定性定量方法快速、准确、专属性强、重复性好,可用于六月雪药材的质量控制。

Objective：Use Asperulosidic acid as index to reseach and improve the .quality standards of Junesnow. Method： Thin layer chromatography （TLC）was adopted for the qualitative identification method;Determination of Asperulosidic acid in Junesnow by high＇ perfarmance liquid chromatograpy（HPLC）. Result ：The Asperulosidic acid TLC spots in 10 batches of Junesnow from diffemt areas were clear, well separated and the results were consistent. The average content of Asperulosidic acid was 0.55%＇, The average recovery rate was 102.6% ; RSD was 1.02% （n = 6 ）. Conclusions： This method is rapid, accurate, with high specificity and repeatability. It is applicable for the Junesnow quality control.
