摘要
设计制作了塞贝克效应实验装置,验证了温差电效应现象,得到了温差电流与系统温度和温差的实验关系。结果表明了随热源温度的升高和温差的增大,温差电流近似线性增大。当热源温度达到5m V(120℃),温差增大到100℃时,温差电流增加的速度变得越来越缓慢,温差电流不随温度和温差的升高而线性增大,是非线性的关系。
We design the Seebeck effect experiment instrument,verify thermoelectric effect,and obtain the experimental relation among the thermocurrent,system temperature and temperature difference. The results present that the thermocurrent shows approximately linear increase with the increase of temperature of heat source and temperature difference. When the temperature of heat source arrives 5m V( 140 degrees) and the temperature difference 120 degrees,the increase of thermocurrent gets slower,and the thermocurrent shows nonlinear relation with others.
