摘要
设计了一款基于ATF54143晶体管的800MHz CDMA基站低噪声放大器。采用单电源供电方式,静态工作点选取3V、60m A;稳定性设计采用源极负反馈法;输入匹配设计采用最佳噪声匹配法;输出匹配设计采用共轭匹配法。应用ADS软件对电路进行设计,通过S参数仿真优化得到各项性能参数。仿真结果表明,该设计完全满足指标要求。
Based on the transistor ATF54143,a low noise amplifier for the 800 MHz CDMA base station is designed. The amplifier works under single supply model,and DC bias point is 3V 60 m A; the method of source negative feedback is used to enhance the stability of the circuit; the method of optimum noise mate is used for input network design; the method of conjugate match is used for output network design. With the software ADS,the circuit is designed and optimized. After S parameter simulation,the result shows that our design meets the performance requirements and works well.
