摘要
采用超声辅助提取法提取红枣中总黄酮类化合物,考察了各种提取条件(时间、溶剂、温度),并用定量分析方法测定提取的总黄酮类化合物的含量。同时,对提取的总黄酮化合物清除羟基自由基及超氧阴离子自由基的能力进行体外研究,并与L-抗坏血酸抗氧化能力进行比较。结果表明,红枣总黄酮提取化合物具有较强的抗氧化作用,是天然的抗氧化食品。
Ultrasonic assisted extraction was used to extract total flavonoids from Red jujube. The conditions of extraction including the time,solvent and temperature were investigated,and the total flavonoids was determinated by a quantitative analysis. Meanwhile,the scavenging activities of total flavonoids from puerariae radix starch on hydroxyl free- radical( HO·)and superoxide anion free- radical( O2-·) were studied and compared with L- ascorbic by spectrophotometry. The results showed that total flavonoids in Red jujube was a natural antioxidation and had a strong antioxidant activity.
