摘要
以过氧化值为评价指标,采用Schaal烘箱法研究茶籽多糖对食用油脂的抗氧化作用。结果表明,茶籽多糖对食用油脂有一定的抗氧化作用。
With peroxide value as evaluation index,the antioxidant effects of Camellia Oleifera seed polysaccharides on edible oils and fats were studied by Schaal oven- storage test. The result showed that Camellia Oleifera seed polysaccharides had antioxidant effects on edible oils and fats.
