摘要
探讨"撤点并校"措施对农村小学教师心理健康状况的影响,为保障农村小学教师心理健康提供理论依据。使用症状自评量表(scl-90)对撤点并校与非撤点并校农村小学教师心理进行调查分析。撤点并校农村小学教师症状自评量表在总体、男女及班主任与非班主任角度都有因子分大于对照组,且有统计学意义,尤其在女性及班主任教师角度,与对照组差异显著维度较多。"撤点并校"措施主要对农村小学女性教师及班主任教师心理健康状况产生消极影响。
To study the influences about the measure of "dismantling teaching points and combining schools"to teachers' mental health in rural elementary schools and provide theory evidence to ensure mental health among teachers in rural elementary school. Using self- reporting inventory( scl- 90) on the teachers in rural elementary schools between carrying out and not carrying out the measure of"dismantling teaching points and combining schools". The factor scores they got from scl- 90 in the aspect of total、gender divisions and class teacher of the"dismantling teaching points and combining schools"group is higher than that of control group,and the difference of scores between two groups has statistical significance. There are more factors different between the two aspects of gender divisions and class teacher than the others. The measure of"dismantling teaching points and combining schools"had main negative influences on mental health of female teachers and class teachers.
