The Art of War and the Construction of Ocean Security Strategy Culture with Chinese Characteristics

进入21世纪,中国海洋安全问题日益严峻,维护中国海洋安全,不但需要科学的战略理论做指导,更需要构建科学的中国特色海洋安全战略文化做支撑。《孙子兵法》是中国古代现存最早的战略著作,不但其博大精深的战略思想历久弥新,对当代国际政治、经济、外交及军事斗争战略指导发挥了重要作用,而且其蕴含的战略文化理念也日益受到世人重视。从构建中国特色海洋安全战略文化的意义、借鉴《孙子兵法》战略文化思想体系及研究范式方面,初步探讨了中国特色海洋安全战略文化构建的内容与方法问题。

With the entry of the 21st century,the issue of Chinese ocean security has been increasingly serious. Not only do scientific strategic theories need to be the guidance,but also the scientific ocean security strategic culture need to be constructed so as to protect Chinese ocean security.The Art of War is the earliest work of strategy exis-ted in ancient China,which not only plays an important role in contemporary international politics,economy,diplo-macy and strategic guidance for military battles due to its profound and continual strategic thought,but also is atta-ched much attention to by the common people due to its strategic cultural ideas.This article initially discusses the contents and means of the construction of ocean security strategy culture with Chinese characteristics through its significance,the reference of strategic culture and ideology system of The Art of War and research patterns.
