2004-2013年我国新生儿采血研究的文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Literatures about Neonatal Blood-taking in China from 2004 to 2013

目的系统分析我国新生儿采血研究的发展态势,以期为今后相关研究提供参考。方法在题名字段和关键词字段分别输入"新生儿""采血",检索中国期刊全文数据库并结合检索万方数据库,对2004-2013年国内新生儿采血研究相关的文献653篇进行统计分析。结果共检出653篇文献,分别发表在162种期刊上,文献数量近4年呈迅速上升趋势;作者来自30个省市自治区,研究单位以临床医疗机构为主;文献以临床科研论文为主,其次是经验介绍论文;仅1.7%为比较严谨的随机对照研究;研究对象集中在新生儿,研究热点主要集中在新生儿采血的护理体会总结、干预研究、采血部位、采血工具、采血时机、采血手法、穿刺方法比较、采血部位定位方法的比较、相关管理方法、影响采血合格因素、采血并发症、系统描述采血相关研究现状与进展等方面,尚无规范统一的新生儿采血管理指南;论文引文以中文文献为主(87.2%),论文被引频次在10次以上者24篇,最高被引频次为42次;研究受科研基金资助者10篇。结论新生儿采血问题已引起临床医护人员的广泛关注,尚需加强新生儿采血相关高质量科研论文的产出,探索更为简便有效的新生儿采血管理流程,以更好地为临床提供循证依据。

Objective To systematically analyze the studies related to development trend of neonatal blood- taking studies in China,in order to provide references for the future relevant research. Methods Entering the key words of ＇neonatal＇ and ‘blood-taking＇ to search the CNKI and Wanfang database, and analyzed the neonatal blood-taking studies in China from 2004 to 2013.Results Totally 653 literatures were found, which were published in 162 journals,and the amount of the studies grow rapidly within four years.The authors came from 30 provinces,cities and districs,and the research units were mostly clinical medical institutions.The clinical research accounted the most,and followed by experience introduction. Only 1.7% papers were randomized controlled studies. The studies focused on the newborn, and researches more likely focused on the nursing practice experience of neonatal blood-taking, intervention study, blood-taking site, blood-taking tools, blood-taking time, blood-taking method, comparison of puncture method, comparison of blood collection site positioning, relevant management method, influencing factors of qualified blood-tak- ing,complications, and other blood-taking relevant research status, and there is no standardized and unified management of neonatal blood-taking guidelines. Most cited literatures was in Chinese（87.2%）, 24 papers were cited above 10 times,the highest was 42 times,and 10 research papers were sponsored by scientific re- search fund.Conclusion Neonatal blood-taking issue arouses clinical medical staff＇s wide attention, and there is need for high quality of papers related to neonatal blood-taking, exploring more simple and effective management procedure to better provide evidence-based references for clinical practice.
