肿瘤科护士职业价值观与工作环境的相关性

Correlationship between Nurse's Occupational Values and Work Environment in Oncology Department

目的调查肿瘤科护士职业价值观及工作环境的现状,分析工作环境对肿瘤科护士执业价值观的影响。方法便利抽样选择湖北省5家综合医院肿瘤科在职护士78名,运用护士执业价值观量表和工作环境量表对其进行问卷调查。结果肿瘤科护士执业价值观总分为(3.14±0.84)分,处于中上等水平;护理工作环境中"硬件资源条件"和"认可度"与肿瘤科护士职业价值观的相关性呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论工作环境对护士执业价值观有显著影响,护理管理者应重视肿瘤科护士的工作环境,采取积极措施加以干预,以提高其工作满意度,促进护理质量的改善。

Objective To investigate the current status of occupational values and working environment of the nurses in the oncology department,and to analyze the influence of it.Methods By using convenience sampling, 78 nurses were selected and investigated by using nurse occupational values scale and work envi- ronment scale.Results The total score of the oncology nurses occupational values was （3.14±0.84） points,which was in the level of medium to high.The ＇fixed resources＇ and ＇recognition degree＇ were posi-tively correlated with occupational value （all P〈0.01）.Conclusion The-working environment has a significant influence to the nurses＇ practice values,and nursing managers should pay attention to oncology nurses＇ working environment and take positive measures to intervene to improve their＇job satisfaction and quality of nursing.
