摘要
目的探讨在新形势下军队医院聘用护士离职对护士长的影响,以便管理者为护士长提供相应支持。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,在科室聘用护士离职后的2周内对相关科室护士长进行非结构化式访谈,资料收集至饱和,最终访谈对象为12人。结果对所获得的资料进行分析、整理、提炼,得出五个主题:(1)护理工作不能够按照原计划进行;(2)护士长的工作压力增大;(3)短暂性工作意愿降低;(4)出现不同程度的失落、担心、焦虑甚至悲观情绪;(5)多方支持有利于护士长的心理调适。结论聘用护士离职易对护士长的工作状态及情绪产生不良影响,管理者应关注护士长的切身感受,多方面采取积极有效措施来改变护士长的处境和现状。
Objective To explore the influence of demission of contracted nurses on head nurses in military hospital under the new situation,in order to provide corresponding support for managers to help head nurses.Methods By using phenomenological research method,12 head nurses were interviewed in 2 weeks demission of contracted nurses.Results Through analyzing and organizing the data,and five themes were extracted:(1)the original work plans were disrupted, (2)the head nurses' work pressure increased, (3) the desire of working were reduced in a short time, (4)negative mood such as loss,fear,anxiety even pessimistic mood were produced.(5) the supports from others was positive for head nurses' psychological adjustment.Conclusion Dernission of contract nurses could produce negative influence on head nurses.Managers should take positive and effective measures in many aspects to change the present situation for head nurses.
