跨理论模型在健康行为改变中应用的研究进展 被引量：55

摘要 跨理论模型（the transtheoretical model of change,TTM）又叫行为分阶段转变理论模型（the transtheoretical model and stages of change）,其作为综合性和一体化的心理学研究方法,近年来在健康行为领域的应用极为成功,该模型已用于众多健康行为改变研究,目前在国际上应用亦十分广泛.
