摘要
随着国家电网公司信息化建设的不断深入,信息系统运行考核的要求不断加强,在借鉴IT基础架构库(Information Technology Infrastructure Library,ITIL)实践以及ISO20000、ISO27001等国际标准的基础上,文章提出了信息系统精益化运维体系建设以及精细化运维管控思路,并建立了性能分析辅助决策模型以及健康评价模型。从运维组织到管理创新、运维流程的精细化管控、多维度告警管理、闭环隐患管理以及与计划检修各流程之间的相互流转,结合信息系统性能分析与健康评价,可以提升信息系统运行的安全性和稳定性,实现信息系统运维资源的优化配置。
With the deep information construction of SGCC, the demand for operation assessment of information system is rapidly increasing. With the guide of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) practice and international standard of ISO20000 and ISO27001, we proposes a management system design idea and construction method for lean operation and maintenance of information system. From organization to management innovation, we carefully control the whole procedure of the operation and maintenance, and also provide the multi-dimension warning and closed loop lurking peril management. All parts of scheduled maintenance can be efficiently transferred to each other. With the combination of comprehensive analysis and robust evaluation, we can highly improve the security and stability of information system operation and realize the optimal configuration ofinformation system operation and maintenance resources.
