摘要 目的观察分析可吸收螺钉治疗骨关节骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院骨科2013年1月-2014年4月收治的60例骨关节骨折患者作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法随机分为螺钉组和传统组各30例。螺钉组采用可吸收螺钉治疗,术后用石膏固定;传统组采用传统手术治疗。于术后对患者进行X线拍片、疼痛程度以及活动情况进行评分。结果螺钉组总有效率93.3%,传统组总有效率73.3%,螺钉组总有效率显著高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在第2、4w螺钉组评分1.93±0.25分、0.27±0.11分,明显优于传统组的2.55±0.26分、0.77±0.13分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论可吸收螺钉治疗骨关节骨折临床疗效显著,患者恢复快,且创伤小,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of absorbable screw in treatment of bone and joint fractures.Methods Select orthopedic hospital in January 2013-April 2014 admitted 60 cases of bone and joint fracture patients as research subjects, according to a random number table, randomly divided into two screw group and traditional group of 30. With absorbable screw screw group therapy, postoperative cast immobilization; traditional group using traditional surgery. After surgery the patient X-ray film, the degree of pain and activity score.Results Screw group was 93.3% traditional group 73.3% total efficiency screw group was significantly higher than traditional group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); in the first 2,4w screw group score 1.93 ±0.25 points,0.27 ±0.11 points, significantly better than the traditional group of2.55±0.26 points, 0.77±0.13 points,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions Absorbable screw in treatment of bone and joint fractures significant clinical effect, patients recover faster and less invasive, worthy of clinical application.
