Review of the Computerized Flat Knitting Machines on the 17^(th) Shanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition

介绍第17届上海国际纺织工业展览会参展电脑横机厂商和设备概况。阐述参展电脑横机的技术特点包括:慈星公司研制的领条和门襟自动对目机械手,南通天元织领缝合一体化生产线;金龙公司推出的5针道电脑横机;电脑鞋面横机趋于完善;粗针机和宽幅横机有了新的突破,如2.0针/25.4 mm和1.5针/25.4 mm电脑横机的研制。分析所参展电脑横机最新的发展动态,并从技术角度对电脑横机的进一步发展提出几点建议:国内电脑横机生产厂家应进一步提高"织可穿"技术,如生产四针床电脑横机或类似产品,以及进一步提高智能打版系统的智能化、友好化和快速反应水平。

This paper introduces the computerized fiat knitting machines exhibited on the 17^th Shanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition, and the main technological characteristics of computerized knitting machines are introduced including automatic sewing-up robot hand for collar stripe and placket from Cixing, collar knitting and sewing-up integration production line from Tianyuan, 5-needle track computerized flat knitting machine from Jinlong, more and more perfect computerized knitting machine specifically for shoes, coarse gauge and large-width machines with new breakthroughs, such as new machines of 2.0 G and 1.5 G. In addition, the latest developing trends are analyzed in this paper, and some recommendations are proposed as follows： the fully fashioned technology of domestic machines should be furthermore developed, and the level of intelligence, friendly and quick response capability of plate-making system should be furthermore improved.
