摘要 基于前人研究的线圈弹性杆理论模型,研究了高性能纱线纬平针织物中线圈的三维几何形态。利用弹性杆模型计算得出纬平针织物线圈上的型值点,再采用三次B样条曲线插值对线圈的几何形态进行三维仿真,结果发现模拟出来的三维纬平针织物与纬编弹性杆模型有很好的一致性;同时通过实际编织的高性能纱线纬平针织物与弹性杆理论模型进行比较,发现刚性链类高性能纤维更适合于使用弹性杆理论。 On the basis of former research on loop elastic theory model, the paper analyzes the 3-D model of plain weft knitted fabric with high performance fiber, and brings forward that elastic theory much more suitable for the high performance yarn. The data points on the loop of plain fabric are calculated based on the elastic theory, and the loop curve is fitted with cubic spline curve. The results show that the simulated weft knitted fabric is con- sistent with the theory model; and through the comparative research, it also finds that the actual plain weft fabrics knitted by high performance fiber are more suitable with the elastic theory, especially the high performance fiber with the rigid chain.
