术中联合输尿管镜和胆管镜治疗肝内胆管结石

Effect observation intraoperative ureteroscopy and joint choledochoscope in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones

目的探讨术中联合应用输尿管镜和胆管镜治疗肝内胆管结石的效果。方法我院2012年6月—2014年6月联合应用输尿管镜和胆管镜治疗肝内胆管结石患者37例,与2010年6月—2012年6月应用传统单一胆管镜取石治疗的42例患者进行临床对照分析。结果 2组手术取石时间和残石率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组优于对照组。结论术中联合应用输尿管镜和胆管镜取石较单一使用胆管镜具有效率高、手术取石时间短、残石率低的优点,值得临床应用推广。

Objectiveto investigate the effects of intraoperative ureteroscopy and choledochoscope joint application effect for the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods to review the hospital in June 2012- June 2014 ureteroscopy and choledochoscope to treat the joint application of 37 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones,the application of evaluation index,the effect and application in June 2010 to June 2012 traditional single choledochoscope lithotomy treatment of 42 patients with contrast analysis.Results the incidence of biliary tract bleeding between the two groups of patients with the stones,operation time,length of hospital stay,the residual stone rate comparison,the stones found between two groups of operation time and residual stone rate differences statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the team is better than the control group.Conclusion intraoperative ureteroscopy and choledochoscope joint application lithotomy is single use choledochoscope has high efficiency,the stones operation time is short,the advantages of low residual stone rate,has a certain clinical value.
