摘要
本文通过对“应用基础研究概念和案例”的研究,在不改变联合国教科文组织对科学研究活动三分类定义的条件下,结合我国实际把应用研究分为应用基础研究和应用技术研究两部分是可行的。1.应用基础研究是针对具体实际的应用目的或目标,主要为获得应用原理(机理、规律)性新知识的独创性研究。2.应用技术研究是针对具体实际的应用目的或目标,主要为获得应用技术性新知识的独创性研究。
It is feasible in this paper that applied research will be divided into applied basic research and applied technological research through analyses on concept and cases of applied basic research under considering fully both the tri classification of scientific research activities given by UNESCO and the practice of our country.
Both of them are all directed against concrete real using purposes or goals, but the former research gains new knowledges on applying principles, mechanisms and laws, and the latter research obtain the new knowledges of applying technologies.
