甲状腺全切除术治疗结节性甲状腺肿的价值及临床意义被引量：1

摘要目的探讨甲状腺全切除术治疗结节性甲状腺肿的临床价值和意义。方法选取90例结节性甲状腺肿患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予甲状腺全切除术和次全切除术治疗。结果对照组手术时间、术中出血量、镇痛剂用量均少于观察组(P<0.05),观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),2组并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺全切除术治疗结节性甲状腺肿虽然对患者损伤较大,但有效降低了复发率,应在掌握手术适应证的前提下,选择最合适的手术方法。
