摘要 总结了精对苯二甲酸(PTA)生产工艺过程中主要换热设备的种类和特点,以工业经验为前提,以流程模拟软件Aspen properties为物性数据依托,以换热计算软件HTRI为主要计算工具,阐述了PTA生产工艺中管壳式换热器的主要设计思路,对设计中关键参数的选用进行了归纳,并对HTRI中常见的警告信息进行了分析,提出了解决办法,形成了适合PTA生产工艺的管壳式换热设备设计流程。将HTRI软件设计结果与工厂实际操作数据进行对比,验证了HTRI换热计算软件在PTA生产工艺中的适用性和可靠性。 The types and characteristics of heat exchanger in PTA production process were summarized. With industrial experience and Aspen properties' property data as well as HTRI as main computing tools,the main design ideas of shelland-tube heat exchanger in PTA prodution were elaborated,the selection of key parameters in design were summarized,the common warning information in HTRI were analyzed. The suitable design process of the shell and tube heat exchanger in PTA plant was formed. The design results of HTRI software and the actual plant operating data were compared. The applicability and reliability of the application of HTRI heat transfer calculation software to PTA plant was verified.
