Process optimization of decreasing the PET grey yarn internal quality unevenness

分析了在纺丝过程中影响原丝内在品质均匀性的主要因素,从纺丝温度、冷却风风速、组件初始压力和使用周期、纺丝速度等方面提出了工艺优化的方案,降低原丝断裂强度以及断裂伸长不匀率,从而提高原丝的可纺性。

The main factors that have effect on the grey yarn internal quality evenness in the spinning process were analysed. The process optimization plan was put forward from spinning temperature,cooling air speed,spinning pack initial pressure and life cycle,spinning speed etc. The unevenness of grey yarn breaking strength and elongation at break was decreased,the spinnability of grey yarn was increased.
