摘要
本文对氧化尾气燃烧的催化剂失活原因进行分析。催化剂失活的原因是尾气中夹带钙、镁、铁、硅、碳等杂质,造成对催化剂的覆盖。或与催化剂进行反应生成其他物质,从而造成催化剂失活。认为造成本批催化剂失活原因是硅与三氧化铝反应。为此提出解决措施,并得到良好的效果。
The causes of catalyst deactivation in oxidation exhaust gas combustion process were analysed. The exhaust gas is mixed up with impurity substance such as calcium,magnesium,iron,silicon,carbon,which cover the catalyst or carry out reaction with catalyst to produce other material,resulting in catalytst deactivation. This paper considers that the reaction between silicon and aluminum trioxide results in the cataltst deactivation. Therefore,put forward the solutions,which achieved good effects.
