摘要
燃油供给系统是汽油机车电子控制汽油喷射系统中非常重要的组成部分,其功能是定时定量将燃油提供给发动机燃烧,产生动力,驱动汽车前进。现在的燃油供给系统主要是无回油路设计,因无回油路,油路内空气无法及时排出,就会出现首次启动困难,误报故障码等问题。通过详细对比有回油路与无回油路结构,分析计算油路内空气对启动影响,找出首次启动困难原因,采用控制油路内空气量,解决首次启动困难。此解决过程为整车油路匹配提供了实践依据。
The present Fuel supplying system have no design of fuel return, so the air in pipeline cant be let out, then it results in starting hard at the first time, and occurred fault code. When we compared it with the design which have the fuel return design, and calculated how much effect the air in pipeline will acting on the starting, we find the reason why it cant be started, and we solved the problem according to control the air mass in pipeline. This process and thinking will be beneficial for the vehicle fuel way matching.
