住院患者抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

The investigation and analysis of the application of antibacterial in hospitalized patients

目的了解我院抗菌药物使用现况和存在的问题,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法调查2013年11月全部住院病历的抗菌药物使用情况,对相关指标进行统计。结果 1 288例住院患者中,抗菌药物使用率为48.06%,其中预防、治疗用药分别为51.37%和48.63%。抗菌药物一联、二联、三联用药分别为66.56%,32.63%和0.81%。全院AUD为42.44 DDD/100人天,送检率为45.18%。结论我院抗菌药物使用强度高于国家标准,存在围术期用药不规范现象,需进一步加强抗菌药物使用的管理。

Objective To understand the application of antibiotics in the hospital and provide control measures to rationalize the application of antimicrobial agents. Methods Investigate the application of antibacterial agents in hospital patients in November 2013 and analyze the related index. Results Among 1288 cases of hospital patients,the application rate of antibiotics was 48.06%;drug used for prevention and treatment were accounted for 51.37%,48.63%;the application rates of single drug,two-drug and three-drug application were 66.56%、32.63% and 0.81%;the AUD is42.44 DDD·（100 man-day）-1;the bacteriology examination rate was 45.18%. Conclusion The application of antibiotics intensity was higher than the national standard. The application of antibiotics in perioperative period is not standard. We should strengthen the management of rational use of antibiotics.
