摘要
以青岛地铁3号线太延区间下穿伊美尔整形医院段为例,解决地铁隧道下穿限制使用等级建筑物沉降控制难度大、危险系数高和控制方法复杂等技术难题,根据不同里程段围岩变化情况,采用超前管棚、超前小导管、袖阀管跟踪注浆和局部帷幕注浆等多种技术控制措施配合,得出以下结论:1)针对不同里程段围岩状况与对应的建筑物状况,采用针对性控制措施,控制效果良好,节省成本;2)通过监测数据变化情况,合理选用施工方法,灵活采用施工工艺,能够快速达到控制沉降的目的;3)在施工周边环境受到限制、地面措施无法开展的情况下,在地铁隧道内采取措施,有效控制建筑物沉降。
Tai-Yan running tunnel of Line 3 of Qingdao Metro runs underneath Emei' er hospital, which is very sensitive to the deformation caused by the tunneling. Countermeasures such as pipe roof, forepoling, Soletanehe tracing grouting and local curtain grouting are taken according to the surrounding rock conditions. Conclusions drawn are as follows : 1 ) Countermeasures are taken according to the specific conditions of the surrounding rock at different kilometerages and good deformation control effect and good cost efficiency have been achieved; 2 ) Appropriate construction methods and appropriate construction process are adopted according to the monitoring data and the settlement has been brought under effective control; 3 ) Where countermeasures cannot be taken from the ground surface due to the constrained surrounding environment conditions, countermeasures are taken from inside the running tunnel and the settlement of the surface buildings has been brought under effective control.
