杉木第3代种子园不同家系种子质量评价

Evaluation of different families' seed quality in third-generation seed orchard of Cunninghamia lanceolata

调查了杉木第3代种子园不同家系球果特征及种子质量。结果表明,杉木第3代种子园不同家系球果类型主要为紧苞、反翘、松张3种;不同家系杉木球果长度在2.4-3.9 cm之间,宽度在2.1-3.2 cm之间,单株产量变化范围为0.02-0.44 kg,千粒重变化范围为5.00-11.96 g,绝对发芽率变化范围为61.4%-100.00%。综合以上指标,9号、17号、24号、48号、49号家系总体表现较好,可作为高世代种子园优先选择的建园材料。

Different families＇ cone characteristics and seed quality of third-generation seed orchard of Cunninghamia lanceolata were investigated in this paper,so as to provide the theoretical reference of good strains popularization. The results showed as follows.The different families＇ cone types appeared tight,sliding and relax. The change of cone length was from 2. 4 cm to 3. 9 cm,the change of cone width was from 2. 1 cm to 3. 2 cm,the change of per plant seed productivity was from 0. 02 kg to 0. 44 kg,the change of 1 000-seed weight was from 5. 00 g to 11. 96 g,the change of absolute seed germination was from 61. 40% to 100. 00%. Comprehension of different indexes,the families of No. 9,No. 17,No. 24,No. 48 and No. 49 performed better than other families,and they could be regarded as the best material of C. lanceolata seed orchard.
