卷斗青冈轻基质育苗试验初探

Preliminary study on container seedlings cultural techniques of light medium for Cyclobalanopsis pachyloma

对卷斗青冈开展轻型基质育苗试验,结果表明:采用沙藏层积法配合使用700 mg·L-1赤霉素溶液对卷斗青冈种子进行催芽,可使种子萌发齐,提前初次萌发时间,提高发芽率,缩短种子全部萌发时间,促进苗高的生长;采用直径4.5 cm,高度8 cm的无纺布容器袋进行育苗比较经济实用;简易大棚透光率应控制在25%左右,既有利于提高苗木成活率,又能确保轻基质苗木苗高、地径的较快生长;苗期可单一施用复合肥,当年生卷斗青冈轻基质苗木平均高度可达30 cm以上,平均地径可达0.5 cm以上;卷斗青冈病虫害少,易于防治,建议使用苯醚甲环唑2 000倍溶液和5.7%甲维盐2 000倍溶液进行病虫害防治。

The seedling culture test on light medium was carried out for Cyclobalanopsis pachyloma,the results showed as follows.By stratification method applying 700 mg·L- 1gibberellin on seeds germination of C. pachyloma,the seeds germination of C. pachyloma was more perfect,initial germination was earlier,seeds germination rate was higher,the germination duration of the same batch of seeds was shortened,and the growth of seedling height was promoted. Light medium container bag with diameter 4. 5 cm and height 8 cm was more economical and practical to cultivate seedlings. Light transmission rate of simple shed should be controlled at 25%,which was conducive to the improvement of C. pachyloma seedling survival rate,and could ensure the rapid growth of seedling height and ground diameter. In the cultivation process,the compound fertilizer was applied only,the average height of 1-year seedlings could reach more than 30 cm,and the average ground diameter was more than 0. 5 cm. In the process of cultivation of C.pachyloma seedlings,few plant diseases and insect pests occurred,and it was easy to be controlled. For preventing and control,difenoconazole 2000 times diluted solution and 5. 7% emamectin benzoate 2000 times diluted solution were recommended.
