妊娠高血压疾病患者血液流变学指标的变化

Changes of Hemorheological Parameters in Patients with Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者血液流变学的变化。方法收集我院2013年1月至2013年12月收治的HDCP患者100例为HDCP组(包括妊娠高血压52例,轻度子痫前期35例,重度子痫前期13例),选取同期入住我院的正常孕妇100例为正常孕妇组。用全自动血液流变学测试仪测定所有孕妇的血液流变学指标。结果 HDCP组与正常孕妇组全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)、血浆黏度、红细胞(RBC)压积、RBC变形指数、RBC聚集指数相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同程度妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇血液流变学指标相比也有显著性差异。结论对妊娠期高血压疾病患者的血液流变学指标的检测对于孕妇宫内供血及胎儿发育有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the changes of hemorheological parameters in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy（HDCP）. Methods 100 HDCP patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were set as HDCP group（including 52 cases of gestational hypertension, 35 cases of mild preeclampsia and 13 cases of severe preeclampsia）, 100 healthy women admitted to our hospital at the same period were set as normal group. The hemorheological parameters of 200 cases were detected by automatic hemorheological testing instrument. Results The whole blood viscosity（low shear, middle shear, high shear）, plasma viscosity,RBC hematocrit, RBC deformability index and RBC assembling index between HDCP patients and normal pregnant women had statistical difference（P〈0.05）, the above parameters in HDCP patients of different degrees had statistical difference. Conclusions Detection of hemorheological parameters of HDCP patients has important significance in intrauterine blood supply and fetal development.
