宫腔内人工授精相关影响因素分析

Analysis on the Related Influencing Factors of Intrauterine Insemination

目的探讨宫腔内人工授精(IUI)成功与否的相关影响因素。方法回顾性分析2007年9月至2014年6月在我科进行IUI治疗的665对患者(共1 426个周期)的临床资料。按是否妊娠将1 426个周期分为妊娠组(202个周期)和未妊娠组(1 224个周期)。比较两组患者的一般资料、不孕类型、不孕因素以及治疗方案。结果妊娠组年龄、治疗周期均显著低于未妊娠组,成熟卵泡数、处理后精液密度均显著高于未妊娠组(P<0.05);两组男方年龄、不孕年限、不孕类型、不孕因素、治疗方案及处理后精子活力相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论年龄、治疗周期数、成熟卵泡数及处理后精液密度可能对IUI临床妊娠率有影响。

Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of the success of intrauterine insemination（IUI）. Methods Clinical data of 665 patients（1 426 IUI cycles） treated with IUI in our department from September 2007 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into pregnant group（202 IUI cycles） and non-pregnant group（1 224 IUI cycles）. The general information,infertility type, infertility factors and treatment methods were compared between two groups. Results The age and treatment cycles of pregnant group were significantly lower than those of non-pregnant group, the number of mature follicles and sperm density after optimization of pregnant group were significantly higher than those of non-pregnant group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in male age, duration of infertility, infertility type, infertility factors, treatment methods and sperm motility after optimization between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusions Age, the number of treatment cycles, the number of mature follicles and sperm density after optimization may affect the success of IUI.
