硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Nifedipine Zyban in the Treatment of Patients with Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2012年1月至2014年12月到我院进行就诊的154例高血压合并糖尿病的患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和干预组,每组各77例。对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上口服氯沙坦进行治疗,干预组患者在常规治疗的基础上口服硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床效果以及治疗前后血压、血糖和心率的变化情况。结果干预组的总有效率为98.7%,显著高于对照组的总有效率71.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的BU、Scr、舒张压、收缩压均较治疗前显著降低,且治疗后干预组舒张压和收缩压显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于高血压合并糖尿病患者来说,采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗能够有效降低患者的血压和血糖,提高治疗的总有效率,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To observed the clinical treatment effect of nifedipine zyban in the treatment of patients with hypertension complicating diabetes mellitus. Methods 154 cases of patients with hypertension complicating diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as research objects. All patients were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table, with 77 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were taken losartan orally on the basis of conventional therapy, patients in the intervention group were taken nifedipine zyban orally on the basis of conventional therapy. The clinical effect, changes of blood pressure, blood glucose and heart rate before and after the treatment were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in intervention group was 98.7%, significantly higher than 71.4% of patients in control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. The BU, Scr, diastolic pressure and systolic pressure of two groups after treatment were significantly decreased, and the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure of patients in intervention group were significantly lower than those of patients in control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with hypertension complicating diabetes mellitus,nifedipine zyban can effectively reduce the blood pressure and blood glucose of patients, and improve the total effective rate, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
