全程护理模式对鼻咽癌放疗患者健康知识知晓率及生活质量的影响

Effect of Whole Nursing Model on the Knowledge About Health and Quality of Life in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Radiotherapy

目的研究全程护理模式对鼻咽癌放疗患者的干预效果。方法选取2013年4月至2014年12月我院收治的128例鼻咽癌放疗患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各64例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上采用全程护理干预模式。比较两组的护理效果、对健康知识的知晓率(包括营养饮食、疾病预后和功能训练)和生活质量(躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能)。结果观察组的护理有效率为95.31%,显著高于对照组的62.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对营养饮食、疾病预后和功能训练等健康知识的知晓率分别为90.63%、90.63%和87.50%,均显著高于对照组的67.19%、71.88%和64.06%;观察组躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能等生活质量均显著优于对照组;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上对于鼻咽癌放疗患者,全程护理模式能够提高患者的护理有效率和对健康知识的知晓率,有效改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To study the interventional effect of whole nursing model on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy. Methods 128 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy treated in our hospital from April 2013 to December 2014 were selected as research objects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 64 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given whole nursing model on this basis. The nursing effect, knowledge rate about health（including nutritional diet, prognosis of disease and functional training） and quality of life（including physical function, mental function and social function） were compared between two groups. Results The nursing effective rate of patients in observation group was 95.31%, significantly higher than 62.50% of patients in control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. The knowledge rate about nutritional diet, prognosis of disease and functional training of patients in observation group were 90.63%, 90.63 %, 87.50% respectively, significantly higher than 67.19%, 71.88%, 64.06% of patients in control group; the physical function, mental function and social function of patients in observation group were significantly better than those of patients in control group;all the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, whole nursing model can improve the nursing effective rate and knowledge rate about health, and effectively improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
