社区综合护理对老年患者生活质量及抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Community Nursing on the Quality of Life, Depression and Anxiety of Elderly Patients

目的探讨社区综合护理对老年患者生活质量及抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响。方法选取2014年3月至2015年1月我院收治的100例社区老年慢性病患者,随机分为两组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合社区护理干预。比较两组的生活质量和焦虑、抑郁情况。结果护理后两组HAMA、HAMD评分较均显著降低,护理后观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组;护理后两组患者的躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能等生活质量评分均显著升高,护理后观察组生活质量评分均显著高于对照组;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区综合护理可以提高老年患者的生活质量,缓解抑郁情绪,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of community comprehensive nursing on the quality of life, depression and anxiety of elderly patients. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with chronic disease treated in community from March 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive community nursing intervention. The quality of life, depression and anxiety of two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the HAMA score and HAMD score of two groups were significantly decreased, the HAMA score and HAMD score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group; the scores of life quality（including physical function, mental function and social function） of two groups were significantly increased, and the scores of life quality of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group; all the difference was statistical（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Community comprehensive nursing can improve the quality of life of elderly patients, alleviate the depression, which is worthy of promotion.
