心理护理和健康教育对剖宫产患者的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing and Health Education on Patients with Cesarean Section

目的探讨心理护理和健康教育对剖宫产患者影响效果。方法选取2012年1月至2014年4月我院产科收治120例行剖宫产患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行心理护理和健康教育。比较两组患者手术成功率、满意度及健康知识掌握度。结果观察组手术成功率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的81.67%;观察组健康教育掌握度为85.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%;观察组患者满意度为95.00%,明显高于对照组的83.33%;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产患者采用心理护理和健康教育可减轻患者心理顾虑,提高患者健康知识掌握度,提高手术成功率和患者满意度,具有显著临床应用效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing and health education on patients with cesarean section.Methods 120 cases of patients with cesarean section treated in our department from January 2012 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given psychological nursing and health education on this basis. The success rate of operation, satisfaction and master degree of health knowledge were compared between two groups. Results The operation success rate of observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 81.67% of control group; the master degree of health knowledge of observation group was 85.00%, significantly higher than70.00% of control group; the satisfaction rate of observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 83.33% of control group; all the difference was statistical（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Psychological nursing and health education can alleviate the psychological concerns of patients with cesarean section, increase patients＇ master degree of health knowledge, improve the success rate of operation and satisfaction of patients, which has significant clinical effect.
