早期大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴病模型的超声表现与病理对照 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨大鼠早期肝泡状棘球蚴病模型的超声特征。方法对接种肝泡状棘球蚴9周且健康存活的157只大鼠进行超声检查,记录大鼠早期肝泡状棘球蚴病的超声表现,并与病理结果对照。评价超声筛查早期大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴病的效能。结果超声筛查早期大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴病模型敏感度(130/139,93.53%)和特异度(15/18,83.33%)均较高。早期大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴病灶超声主要表现为高回声(114/142,80.28%),19.72%(28/142)的病灶表现为混合性回声。病灶大体病理表现为米黄色或乳白色囊泡样结构,呈针尖样或多囊泡状,内含囊液;HE染色呈中央红染纤维结构,周边环以微小血管及炎性细胞。结论早期大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴病灶的超声主要表现为高回声伴或不伴无回声及低回声囊泡样结构,超声筛查早期大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴病模型具有很高的敏感度。 Objective To explore the ultrasonographic features of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis (HAE) at early infection stage in rat model. Methods Totally 157 rats were infected with HAE for 9 weeks. Ultrasonographic features of HAE lesions were recorded 9 weeks post infection, which was compared with pathology. Diagnostic efficacy of ultrasonography were assessed. Results The sensitivity (130/139, 93.53%) and specificity (15/18, 83.33%) of ultrasonography in diagnosis of early HAE in rats were high. The typical ultrasonographic features of HAE lesions were hyper-echoic (114/ 142, 80.28%), 28 lesions (28/142, 19.72%) presented mixed pattern. Single or multiple milky white or beige cyst-like nodules containing fluid in liver were observed by pathology; HE staining showed that the small cyst was surrounded by the characteristically proliferated small blood vessels and infiltrated inflammatory cells. Conclusion Ultrasonography can be used as the preferred method with high sensitivity to diagnosis of early HAE in rat. Early HAE typically presentes as hy perechoic lesions with or without hypoechoic or inechoic vesicle like structures in ultrasonography.
