摘要
当前,教育行政主要以"照章办事"的工作思维方式展开,这一工作思维方式具有解剖分裂性、被动依赖性和问题反思性三个特征,在实践中呈现出阻碍教育行政改革的倾向。鉴于促进学校自主发展、改变日益僵化的教育行政以及引领改革发展的需要,教育行政改革要突破以行政层面为主的方向探索,转而遵循教育发展的内在逻辑,建立有使命感的教育行政。具体可通过转换组织集体背后的分析视角、重塑教育行政的组织文化和增进教育行政中的"真"对话三个方面来推动工作思维方式的转变,从而走向有使命感的教育行政。
Education administrators do things by the book in the current educational administration. This way of thinking has three characteristics, and they are the anatomy of the division, the passive dependency, and reflecting upon the problems. This way of thinking in work has impeded the reform of the education administration. In order to promote schools to develop independently, change the more and more rigid reform of the education administration, and lead the reform and development of the education, the educational administration should break through the direction exploration in which the priority has been given to administrative level, should follow the inherent logic of educational development, and have a sense of mission. Specifically, there are three different aspects for promoting the transformation of the way of thinking in work. These are changing the organization perspective of the analysis, rebuilding the organizational culture of the educational administration, and promoting the formation of the "true" dialogue of the educational administration. They can help the education administration to gain a sense of mission.
