摘要
提出了运用 Y6 Al10 O12荧光材料测量温度的系统和方法。紫外光经光纤传输照射在 Y6 Al10 O12荧光材料上,Y6 Al10 O12受激发后产生荧光。通过检测荧光强度发现,在25-85℃温度范围内,荧光光强与温度是线性关系。本文给出了荧光光强与温度的数学关系式。结果表明,Y6 Al10 O12荧光材料对温度变化的灵敏度较高,温度测量的稳定性较好,可以应用于阶段温度的测量。
A temperature measurement system with fluorescent material( Y6 Al10 O12 )is proposed. The fluorescent material is illuminated by ultraviolet light transmitted by optical fiber. Then fluorescence light occurs and its intensity is measured. It is found that a relationship between fluorescence intensity and the temperature is proportional at the range of 25 - 85 ℃. The mathematical equation of the relationship is provided in this paper. The experimental results show that the fluorescent material has a high sensitivity to the change in temperature and is stable in temperature measurement. Therefore,the fluorescent material( Y6 Al10 O12 )is suitable for temperature measurement in a certain temperature scope.
