济南地区春季大气中颗粒物粒径分布状况及形态的扫描电镜实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用扫描电镜观察分析了济南地区春季大气中颗粒物显微形态及粒径分布状况,利用统计回归分析方法绘制了颗粒物粒径与数量分布状况关系曲线及相应的柱状图.每例样品的采样时间为24 h,连续十天采样统计分析结果表明:大气中颗粒物粒径主要分布在0-15μm 范围之间,其次为15-30μm 之间,另外,还观察到了杆菌和花粉的显微形态,实验结果对于研究大气中 PM2.5、PM10及大气污染状况具有一定的参考价值,实验方法值得推广应用. The size distribution and morphology of atmosphere particles in Jinan in Spring,2014 were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The size distribution histograms of the particles were drew. The sampling time of each sample is 24 hours,and continuous sampling for 10 days. The results showed that the size of most of the atmospheric particulates was 0 - 15 μm,and then was 15 - 30 μm. In addition,the morphological characteristics of bacillus and pollen were also observed. The experimental result would play an importance role in studying PM2. 5,PM10 and atmospheric pollution. Experimental method is worth of popularization and application.
