腹腔镜阑尾切除术行改良三孔法43例研究报告

Modified three-port laparoscopic appendectomy： 43 Cases

目的：讨论腹腔镜阑尾切除术行改良三孔法的临床意义.方法：回顾性分析2014年1月至2015年1月43例急性阑尾炎行改良三孔法患者的手术资料. 结果：43例病人均顺利完成手术,手术时间30-70分钟,平均40分钟.术后住院时间3-8天,平均5天.术后1例戳卡处感染,换药后好转.所有病例随访2-12月,平均7个月,无明显后期并发症发生.结论：腹腔镜阑尾切除术中使用改良三孔法相对其他手术方式美容效果更好.

Objective：To explore the clinical application of modified three-port laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods：A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 43 patients undergoing modified three-port laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital during January 2014 to January 2015. Results： The modified three-port laparoscopic appendectomy was performed successfully in all the 43 patients. Average operation time was 40 min （30-70min）. Average hospitalization time was 5 days （3-8 days）. Postoperative infection occurred in 1 patient, who was given regular dress changes until the wound healed. All the patients were followed up for 2 to 12 months, with an average follow-up time of 7 months. No complication occurred. Conclusion： Modified three-port laparoscopic appendectomy has shown its reliability in clinical application and it is features of better cosmetic outcomes.
