子宫输卵管造影术造影剂逆流原因分析

目的：对在进行子宫输卵管造影术检查时发生造影剂逆流现象的原因进行分析,以预防该现象的发生.方法：选取2013年12月至2014年12月来我院进行子宫输卵管造影术检查的180例患者作为研究对象,按是否发生逆流分成两组,即逆流组（30例）与无逆流组（150例）,然后对其逆流发生原因进行分析.结果：患者在进行子宫输卵管造影术检查时,造影逆流的发生,与造影的时间、月经持续的时间、输卵管畅通与否、不孕类型以及子宫形态等有一定的关系,组间对比差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：逆流的发生与造影时间、月经持续时间、输卵管畅通与否等有关,为预防逆流的出现,应严格把握适应症,同时注意造影时间、造影剂等的选择.

Objective： To analyze the reasons for the phenomenon of reverse flow of contrast agent during hysterosalpingography examination, in order to prevent the occurrence of this phenomenon. Methods： 180 patients underwent hysterosalpingography examination during December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as research subjects and were divided according to whether a countercurrent occurred. A group of 30 patients with countercurrent and a group of 150 cases without countercurrent were determined. And the possible causes of the countercurrent were analyzed. Results： During hysterosalpingography examination, the occurrence of countercurrent of contrast agent is related with the imaging time, duration of menstruation, tubal smoothness, type of infertility and uterine morphology, etc. The differences between the groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The occurrence of countercurrent is related with the imaging time, duration of menses, tubal smoothness and so on. To prevent the occurrence of reverse flow, the indications shall be strictly controlled, and the imaging time, selection of contrast agent shall be carefully determined.
