1例系统性红斑狼疮患儿行腹膜透析术后的护理 被引量：1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮是一种自身免疫性结缔组织病,临床上75%的患者可发展成狼疮性肾炎,晚期发生尿毒症.而腹膜透析（PD）是以人体腹膜作为半透膜,使腹膜毛细血管内血液与腹腔内的透析液进行溶质交换,清除体内毒素和维持水、电解质及酸碱平衡的一种方法.腹膜透析经济实惠,操作方便,在家中可自行操作,无需全身使用抗凝剂,无需建立血管通路,对患儿的内环境影响较小,安全有效,是尿毒症患儿最有效的肾脏替代疗法.
