临床路径在骨科术后疼痛护理中的应用

The application of Clinical Paths in Nursing of the Orthopaedic Postoperative Pain

目的：探讨临床路径在骨科术后疼痛护理中的应用.方法：选择近一年来的146例骨科手术后疼痛患者,并随机分为观察组和对照组各73例,给予对照组患者常规护理方法,观察组患者遵照临床路径方法实施护理干预,比较2组患者干预后的疼痛控制情况和患者睡眠质量.结果：观察组NBS疼痛评分（3.17±0.54）分明显优于对照组的（4.46±0.72）分, （t=12.2464,P〈0.01）;两组患者睡眠质量存在明显差异（P〈0.01）.结论：临床路径护理干预可显著缓解骨科术后疼痛,改善患者的睡眠质量,有利于术后康复.

Objective： To explore the application of clinical paths in nursing of the orthopaedic postoperative pain. Methods： 146 cases of orthopaedic postoperative pain patients over the past year in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control with 73 cases. Control group was given routine nursing; treatment group was given nursing intervention according to the clinical path. The intervention of the patients with pain control and sleep quality of the two groups were compared. Results： NBS pain score of treatment group was 3.17±0.54, significantly better than control（4.46±0.72） （t=12.2464,P〈0.01）. Besides, the difference of sleeping quality of the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Clinical paths intervention relieves orthopaedic postoperative pain, improve the sleeping quality, and contribute to the postoperative rehabilitation.
