妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究甲状腺功能减退症对妊娠结局的影响.方法:综合分析80例确诊妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症患者的基本资料、甲状腺功能、妊娠结局、产后并发症的情况,以明确围妊娠期行甲状腺功能筛查的重要性.结果:妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症的患者中,接受正规治疗的患者产后并发症发生率远小于未接受正规治疗的患者(P〈0.05).结论:甲状腺功能减退症对妊娠结局可产生严重影响,因此必须重视整个围妊娠期的甲状腺功能筛查,及早进行必要的甲状腺功能替代治疗,降低相关不良风险.
