氨溴索对支气管肺炎患儿肺功能及炎性状态的影响研究

Influence of ambroxol on pulmonary function and inflammatory state of children with bronchial pneumonia

目的研究氨溴索对支气管肺炎患儿肺功能和血清细胞因子的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年3月在我院治疗的86例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各43例。对照组进行常规支气管肺炎治疗，观察组在进行常规支气管肺炎治疗的同时使用氨溴索进行治疗。记录治疗前和治疗后2、5天患儿的肺功能指标和疾病血清相关因子水平并进行统计学分析。结果观察组治疗后2、5天肺功能指标较对照组好，血清炎性因子水平等方面相关指标也均低于对照组，且经过统计学分析，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氨溴索可有效改善支气管肺炎患儿的肺功能，并且降低血清炎性反应。

Objective To study the influence of ambroxol on the pulmonary function and inflammatory state of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 86 children with bronchial pneumonia treated at our hospital from January, 2014 to March, 2015 were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 43 for each gorup. The control group received routine bronchial pneumonia treatment; in addition, the observation group were treated with ambroxol. The pulmonary function and disease related serum cytokines of both groups were recorded before and 2 and 5 days after the treatment and were compared between these two groups. Results 2 and 5 days after the treatment, the pulmonary function indexes were better and the serum levels of inflammatory factors and other related indexes were lower in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Ambroxol can effectively improve the pulmonary function of children suffering from bronchial pneumonia and relieve inflammatory reaction.
