摘要
在广场舞以迅雷不及掩耳之势风靡全国的同时,因为广场舞而导致的矛盾纠纷也不断增多。对于这一群众自发的娱乐活动,不同的人持有不同的态度,有人赞同有人反对。通过分析发生在JY社区内由于广场舞而引发的纠纷案件为突破口,以小见大折射出矛盾纠纷背后的深层原因,如权益双方缺乏互相尊重的意识、城市管理部门与市民缺少沟通、市民法律意识淡薄等,并从广场舞参与者个人、公共设施配置、相关法律法规等层面提出一些对策与建议。
With the popularity of square dance at a thundering speed, more and more conflicts have taken place due to it. For this self - organizing entertainment, different people have different opinions, someone against it, the other one support it. By analysis of conflicts taken place in JY Community, the paper states some rooted causes, such as the consciousness of rights and interests of the two sides respect each other not internalized, the lack of communication between city administrative department and civil, civil is lack of legal consciousness and so on, and from the individual participants, communal fa- cilities, relevant laws and regulations level provide some countermeasures and suggestions.
