摘要
基于数值模拟软件FLUENT,对扭曲管热交换器及壳程传热和流阻性能进行了分析研究,并与弓形折流板式热交换器进行了对比。计算结果表明,扭曲管热交换器充分利用了壳程空间,其性能优于弓形折流板热交换器。在相同的流速下,扭曲管热交换器的压降是弓形折流板热交换器的1/3~1/4,综合性能参数是弓形折流板热交换器的3倍左右。对扭曲管热交换器性能参数进行了公式拟合,可对相关研究及生产提供一定的参考。
Based on the numerical simulation software FLUENT,the shell side heat transfer and flow resistance performance of twisted tube heat exchanger were studied.The performance of twisted tube heat exchanger and the bow baffle plate heat exchanger was analyzed.Results showed that the performance of twisted tube heat exchanger was better than the bow baffle plate heat exchanger.It made full use of the shell side of the heat exchanger of the space.Under the same flow rate,pressure drop of twisted tube heat exchanger was 1/3 ~ 1/4of the baffle heat exchanger.And the comprehensive performance parameters were about three times higher than that of the baffle heat exchanger.Finally,the twisted tube heat exchanger performance parameters were made into formula,which held a certain reference value to the next research and production.
