以全面生产设备管理(TPEM)体系为核心理论,结合油库设备的维护方法,建立一套更科学的油库设备维护策略。基于这种管理模式,不仅全体员工能更积极地参与生产设备维护体系中,同时也使油库设备维修、维护的管理更加科学化、标准化。

An advanced oil depot equipment maintenance strategy was found,which was based on total production equipment management（TPEM）system as the core theory,to make equipment maintenance more scientific,effective and economic.The implement of this application have multiple effects,not only on staff are more positive to participate in production equipment maintenance system,but on making oil depot equipment repair/maintenance management more scientific and standard.
