摘要
利用三维参数化设计软件Inventor建立了混合式球罐的三维模型,找出决定球壳分瓣和主要零件的控制参数。利用该模型结果得出了球壳的几何尺寸,并与传统公式计算的结果进行了对比,对零部件的参数化设计和人孔凸缘的强度校核进行了相关讨论。
Three-dimensional inventor design software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of mixing style spherical tank,and the key parameter of spherical shell and geometric measurement of spherical shell were found by using the three-dimensional model.A comparison was made with the result of traditional formula calculation,relative discussing of part parametric design and manhole flange strength check were done.
