某煤制氨装置所用板式热交换器换热板片发生了穿孔泄漏,通过化学分析、扫描电镜成像、能谱分析等方法分析了腐蚀原因,并提出了改进措施。

The plates of a heat exchange equipment in coal ammonia process occurred leakage.Through the chemical analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer,the reasons of the corrosion have been analyzed,and the corresponding recommendations are put forward.
